FOUNDER
Dion Pritchett Sr. was born June 30, 1969. He went to Demopolis High School, where he played football in the position of Fullback. He graduated in 1987, where he went on to attend school at CA Fred Technical College with a Certificate in Barbering. He’s been cutting hair since he was 15 years old. After years and years of cutting hair, he went on to work with the Demopolis School System as a Custodian for many, many years until he retired. He also coached PeeWee football for many years. He became apart of the Demopolis Chapter of Masonic in 1990. Founder Pritchett coined the Fraternity's motto, "Commitment for Serivce, Serivice for Strength. He began serving the community by founding Nu Phi.
